Home Builder Advanced Wood Protector is a multi-surface waterproofer that uses advanced water-based hybrid technology. This deep penetrating, one coat product effectively protects your wood, pressure treated lumber, concrete, paving stones, brick, masonry, and stone surfaces against moisture damage and the harmful effects of the sun.

Surface must be free of all dirt, mildew, mould, oil and other contaminants
Do not apply over previously coated or sealed surfaces - Previous water repellent treatments must be removed completely
