Here's how
Cut fabric two inches longer and wider than the desired final size of runner. Fold and iron a 1" hem over twice for a clean edge. Apply fabric glue to hem and ribbon, following manufacturer's instructions.

Here's how

1. Cut a square to the desired size of pinwheel from craft paper.		2. Draw diagonal lines from corner to corner.
3. Cut along the diagonal lines leaving approx. 1/4" uncut at the centre. Fold alternating corners to the centre.		4. Push a pin through the centre catching each corner. Then, push the pin through a straw. Secure everything together and protect the point of the pin using the eraser from the end of a pencil.
