- A water based latex rubber adhesive speciallyformulated for laying 31.5 mil PVC vinyl floor coverings and carpets with may different backings
- For use both outdoors and indoors
- Apply with a low nap paint roller
- Waterproof, extremely user friendly in extreme cold weather
- Allows up to 60 minutes of working time
- Low odour, white, dries to clear.
- Will cover 192 sq ft of deck surface. (1 coat on back ofvinyl and 1 on the wood)
