Position lifter on carpeted surface and lift or for hard floor surfaces, place a towel under lifter before use
On carpeted surfaces, place plastic slide face down with blue pad up
On hardwood floors, remove plastic slide and placebeige felt pad face down with blue pad facing up
Carefully slide furniture or appliances over floorsurface
When moving heavy objects, please use assistance
Remove and store after each use
