• Dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film
• Because of its ability to retain its flexibility, it resists damage which may result from expansion and contraction caused by weather, temperature variation and normal building vibration

USAGE:

• On exterior surface of underground storage tanks and pipes
• As a primer for dried out roofs
• On stone, brick or concrete surfaces
• As an underground exterior foundation coating and dampproofer
• For exterior use only

COVERAGE:

• For foundations, apply two coats
• Approximately 9.3 sq. metres (100 sq. ft.) per 5.7 litres(1.5 gallons), depending on texture and porosity of surface
• Do not apply if there is a threat of rain within 24-48 hours after application

CLEAN UP:

• Tools may be cleaned with mineral spirits
• Use care in handling solvents
• Clean hands with a waterless hand cleaner
