KingChain® Baby Spring Snaps are ideal for light-duty use with rope, chain, straps, animal leashes and in recreational applications. Feed open swivel through a link of chain or loop of rope and bend it closed with pliers. The spring loaded latch makes connecting and disconnecting easy. Nickel-plating provides an attractive finish with good weather and corrosion resistance. Safe Work Load (SWL): 3.6 kg (8 lb); max load: 18.1 kg (40 lb). Never exceed the Safe Work Load (SWL). **NOTE** Do not use for overhead lifting.
