This Benchmark premium welding helmet is equipped with a high-quality auto-darkening lens with 1/30,000 second switching speed (clear to dark) using 4 arc sensors as soon as you begin welding. Protect your eyes and skin from sparks as well as ultraviolet and infrared light which is cast during the welding process. Lightweight comfortable design with an adjustable ratcheting headband for better fit and comfort. The solar powered welding helmet gives you full view of your welding area with a variable shade control from either #5 to #8 or #9 to #13 and a resting shade of #4. When the weld is complete, the viewing area becomes clear, allowing you to see your results without lifting your helmet. Premium features such as Low volume alarm and ADF check are included.

- While welding, always wear protective clothing appropriate for your welding application, always wear safety glasses under your welding helmet
- For consistent visibility of the weld, ensure the outer cover lens of the welding helmet is free from slag and spatter
