OATEY Purple Primer/Rain-R-Shine Handipack - 237 ml

Oatey® Purple Primer/Cleaner is a dual purpose primer and cleaner for use on all schedules and classes of CPVC and PVC pipe and fittings. Less aggressive than clear and purple primer only product. Oatey® PVC Rain-R-Shine Medium Bodied Fast Set Grey Cement is recommended for pool and spa, irrigation, potable water, pressure pipe, conduit and DWV applications. Formulated for quick pressurization and wet condition applications.

• Recommended for pool and spa, irrigation, potable water, pressure pipe, conduit, and DWV applications
• For use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" diameter with interference fit
• Recommended application temperature of 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C)
• Purple primer formulated for use on all schedules and classes of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings
• Purple primer is used in areas where plumbing codecalls for verification that a primer has been used; it ensure that piping has been primed prior to solvent cement application
• Blue cement for wet condition is very fast setting and formulated for quick pressurization and quick installation
