It includes a chrome plated rack with fold down handles to hold canning jars of any size. Suitable for all cooking surfaces including flat top and induction ranges, a steam vent on the lid helps eliminate fogging so you can see inside the canner when in use. The rack can be removed so the canner can also be used as an extra large stock pot. With comfortable stainless handles, dimensions are inside: 11" deep x 13" diameter and outside: 12" tall x 13.25" diameter (with lid and handles).
