- Water and weather resistant, flexible, and easy to apply
- Dries to a tough, elastic sealer
- Weatherproof seams, joints and cracks - Repairs roofs, flashings, vents, copings, drainpipes, eaves, skylights and parapet walls - Avoid using where solvent odours may taint food or other products
- During cold weather, condition product in a warmtemperature before using
- Use mineral spirits
- Remove from skin with waterless hand cleaner or soap and water
